How did we come up with the new design fish stripper/hook cleaner?

We combined our skilled employees knowledge and called on Washington and Alaska commercial fisherman to come up with a better design and function while doing so at a lower cost to the fishing fleet.

Who uses the fish stripper/hook cleaners?

We have sold nearly 100 units for West Coast, Alaska and Russian fisherman.

Will these units work with other manufacturers' longline equipment?

Absolutely. We've done sea trials with our longline equipment as well as other manufacturers' equipment and this universal stripper cleaner performed great.

Does the fish stripper offer any features other manufactures do not offer?

Definitely. We offer a hydraulic or air mechanism that quickly opens our unit to clear snarls and quickly closes again to continue fishing, all from a remote location

How do we compare in price?

Our units are much less the price of the European models and customers tell us this is the best unit on the market.

How is the fish stripper/hook cleaner mounted?

We manufacture a 2 piece adjustable arm that mounts onto our longline hauler post on both the 17" and 24" model.

Do you have to mount the stripper to your longline hauler post?

No, some customers prefer to mount the fish stripper to its own post mount as room can be tight.
