Over the last 30 years improvements in design have made our units the choice of fishermen that demand quality.

Standard Frames
Our standard heavy duty side rollers use heavy wall stainless steel pipe 4" on the horizontal roller and 2 1/2" on the vertical rollers. The frames are 1" thick hot dipped galvanized steel base plate. 3/4" stainless steel pins protrude from the base downward for mounting and locating to bulwark.

Standard Rollers
The vertical and horizontal rollers are sch. 80 stainless steel. They run in an oil bath on stainless steel shafts with lip seals to contain the oil. Double lip seals are used for sealing.

Bronze bushings or roller bearings are used in rollers according to customers' request.

NOTE: Nearly 95% of all our current customers upgrade their vertical rollers with a three inch diameter 17-4 heat treated reversible model roller that last up to five times longer than the heavy wall pipe.

Side Rollers are measured by the distance between the two vertical horns (also known as rollers). Our standard side rollers come in widths ranging from 7 1/2" to 30" as measured between the two vertical rollers.
